Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $1200/week (Maximum 6 Guests).
*There Will Be an Additional Fee of $200. for Holidays.
(Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc).
Weekend rate: $225./nt. Eg. Check-in Friday,check-out Sunday= $450.
$250 Reservation/Security Deposit Fee and Half the Rental Fee Will Be Required 7 Days of Your Intention to Rent.
This Security Deposit Fee is Fully Refundable Provided There is No Damage Done to the Unit.
$75. Cleaning Fee is due with the final balance of the Rental Fee.
PayPal is available and charges a moderate fee, 3%, for the service.
