Please Note: No personal checks allowed when paying balance - **10.5% State and County taxes will be added to all rentals.
**$300 Security Deposit also required. Returned within 30 days as long as there is no damage or loss to unit/property, no excessive cleaning required upon checkout and no lost pool tags
**$75 cleaning fee applied to ALL rentals except full week rentals during peak season (6/20-8/29) or unless noted by owner
**$35 (cash) registration fee is due at check in at unit. Parking provided for one car. Parking pass is issued by the business office.
**Upon return simply complete the Homeaway review and enter to win a free weekend at the beach (you will still be required to submit the $300 sec. dep but will receive this back after checkout as long as there is no damage)..Weekend valued to $325/ $250 plus cleaning fee (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon) Valid on rentals booked for the 2012 season only
