This new 3 bedroom condo has 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot doors, a large balcony, granite counters, washer/dryer, cable TV, a gourmet kitchen with granite & stainless appliances, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 4 Televisions, 2 DVD players, a Jacuzzi tub in master bath, and more. I’m sorry, this is a non-smoking, no pet unit. Smoking is also prohibited on the balcony as well. Minimum age 30 years old for primary renter.
