Brigantine Condo Details
Boating Information: The Boat Ramp is located at 5th St. South and Bayshore Avenue. A permit to use the ramp is required from May 15th to September 15th. Permits are only sold at the Boat Ramp. Boat Ramp Fees: • Daily $25.00 • Weekly $35.00 • Seasonal – purchased in May $80.00 • Seasonal – starting 6/1 $130.00 • Replace lost permit $30.00. Sail boating for licensed boats only. 6th Street North, 28th Street - 30th Street & 40th Street. Jet Skis are permitted in the inlet side of the South Jetty as designated by appropriately posted signs. You must have a Permit to launch from designated beach. The cost is $125.00/yr. In order to obtain a Permit, applicant must have a copy of Face sheet of insurance policy (minimum $500,000 liability insurance required). Kayaking is permitted adjacent to all Lifeguard protected beaches.
Minutes from the Casinos in Atlantic City: The Casinos are just minutes away. Cab fares range from $8.00 to $15.00 from Brigantine to most Casinos.
