Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $225/nt, $1,350 per week
- Nightly and weekly rates are for the use of the first, second and third floors which provide accomodations for nine people 5 bedrooms. An additional sleeping area which provides accomodations for three individuals taking the total accomdations for the property to 12 is also available for $50.00 per night or $300.00 per week. A 50 % deposit which applied to the rent amount be paid upon lease signing. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA , MasterCard, and American Express,) personal check, or money order. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your visit. Our cancellation policy is the initial deposit less a $75.00 cancellation fee is refundable if we are able to re-rent your accommodations.
The Glass Gable will accomodate 16 people after April 1, 2011; however additional fees will apply for accomodations for 16. - 'Glass Gable' is a a non-smoking facility. Pets are truely loved however not allowed.
