Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Discount rates for multiple weeks,months or more
- 50% deposit required to secure a date. The balance of the room rate is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival payment is due in full.
Week of June 30-July 7 is $1500.
Week of July 7-14 is $1500.
Carnival week in August is $1700.
Pre and post season weekend stays will include a $50 cleaning fee.
