- A $685 deposit is necessary to hold the reservation dates. The rate is due 3 weeks before the arrival date. The cleaning fee is $125 and gets subtracted from your deposit before refund is issued, but the cleaning fee will be reduce to $85 if only minimal cleaning is needed after your departure. If an animal will be arriving with you, we require an additional $250 pet deposit. All rate above do not include tax. Weekly rates are based on 6 night/7day stays.
