Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

50% of total rental is required to be paid for booking confirmation. Remaining 50% is due two weeks before arrival .
Deposit is $ 500 USD which will be returned at departure day.
If canceled before 60 days of arrival only 50% penalty, If canceled between 60 and 14 days of arrival 75 % penalty. If canceled less than 14 days prior arrival, no refund. If cancellation occurs due to some certified emergency of the traveler, another week will be granted at some other time. - Hurricane: 100% Refund
