Pensacola Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Three night minimum, please.
- Winter Rate : $995 per week (Except Thanksgiving week and last 2 weeks of Dec)
Spring Break Rate: $1,395 - $1,550 per week- Saturday to Saturday Only
Spring Season Rate: $1,550 per week
Peak Summer Rate : $2,195 - $2,450 per week - Saturday to Saturday Only
Fall Season Rate : $1,395 - $1,550 per week
3 Nights Minimum, 11.5% FL sales tax and cleaning fee not included to above rate, major credit cards accepted, add 3% processing fee. $400 deposit required at booking to confirm your reservation. Full balance due 45 days prior to check in date.
NOTE: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION: If a reservation is canceled 60 days or more prior to the reservation check-in date,
$200 cancellation fee will be charged against the deposit and the net deposit amount will be returned to Guest. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the reservation check-in date, Guest will forfeit the full $400 deposit.
