- A 20% deposit is required within a week of booking in order to hold your reservation. Sales and Occupancy Taxes are collected with final payment.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival, which is also the cancellation deadline.
However, if you give shorter notice we will happily give you a refund if we are able to resell the time.
