Cleaning fee ($75) and Property damage insurance fee ($59) will be deducted from deposit (Normal Deposit is usually $310) at end of stay and the remainder will be returned through Pay Pal, no exceptions, no checks accepted. T.V., VCR, DVD Player, Outdoor Gas Grill , Oven, Stovetop, George Foreman are installed on the property. This House is only rented to less than 10 guests when Listing #238456 has already been reserved and or is not available. Minimum of 10 guests rate is charged. Any, Any Misconception of # of guests will result in loss of deposit and additional charges. We have the right to reserve, banish or welcome are guests stay. Min. rate of $320 for one day events.
- PR Rentals works on a first deposit first serve basis. If you would like to reserve a time slot, send an email requesting a Pay Pal invoice for the Deposit or full amount. Deposit is non-refundable. The renter must stay in contact with the Rentee until full payment is confirmed. If Renter does not stay in contact with Rentee and does not submit full payment, the Renter will lose their deposit and the reservation will not be held for that Renter (notification will be sent). Stay in contact! Cancellations are not accepted. No refunds will be returned. Deductions for Lost, stolen, broken, Abused items and or facilities, will be deducted from the deposit. Damaged items are covered by the insurance as long a it was accidental. Further action will be taken if damage exceeds deposit.
