Green Mountain Falls Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% of rental rate required upon reservation - balance due 30 days prior to arrival date
- Also 6.9 Colorado Tax, plus a $100.00 cleaning fee
Instead of charging a $250 damage deposit we are now requiring damage insurance for $49.00, which will be shown in your quote/payment request
Pets considered and if approved additional fee of $10/night/pet
