Once booked any cancellation incurs a 25% cancel fee. From 120-60 days 50% and 60 days on 100%, unless unit can be rebooked. Check In time is 3PM Checkout 12 Noon. If your flight is later, you may use the pool facilities, store your bags and utilize the shower/bathroom at pool area while awaiting your taxi.
