- All reservations require a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of departure, after verification of any damages/loss.
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.
50% of the total cost (rental fee, taxes, and cleaning fee) is due 60 days before arrival. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the entire amount is due up front.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.
Pet deposit fees will be extra.
