We require a Security Deposit of at least $100 per person ($400 minimum) to be paid at time of booking. This is refundable within 7 days of departure providing the property is left in a clean and tidy order with no breakages or damage. Full payment for the accommodation as booked is due 30 days prior to your arrival. - *Rates for 1 - 2 persons in the Studio Apartment - this is $1150 per week + Tax ($190 per night + Tax) Minimum 6 nights
*2,3 or 4 persons in the two bedroom apartment are from $1750 per week + Tax ($290 per night + Tax - minimum stay charge 6 nights).
*5 or 6 persons in a 3 bedroom section is available. Please inquire.
*Whole house rents for $4650 + tax for up to 8 people - extra person $150 per week or part thereof - max 2

This suite is available separately & please enquire for further details. Bedrooms 2 & 3 provide accommodation for family or friends which has its own private entrance, lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and large covered deck.It can sleep up to 4 adults + 1 child. This can be separated from the main house and available independently. The 4th Bedroom/ Studio can be made available separately if required. This sleeps 2 persons ( Queen bed) & is fully equipped with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette & separate deck. Please enquire for further details and pricing.
