Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Credit cards accepted.
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. If reservation is less than 30 days away, the credit card payment must be in full. In the event of cancellation, any funds received will be refunded (minus $25 handling fee) ONLY if the Cottage can be rented for the days cancelled.
Michigan sales/user tax of 6% will be added to the total rental fee.
There also is a $49 NON-refundable damage insurance fee which may be refunded UP TO the date of the arrival in the event of a cancellation upon application to the insurance company.
While there is no extra cleaning fee, there is a $25 pet cleaning surcharge if pets are permitted.
Renters and guests must sign a Release of Liability before using the beach stairs. - There is a $500 discount on a weekly basis if Lilac Cottage is rented along with the other home on the property, Lavender House, listing 357258,
Any returning guests will receive a 10% appreciation discount.
