Lexington House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekend rate with taxes and cleaning fee is $1484.00 + refundable deposit.
- Please fill out the inquiry form online. Normally, I will call or e-mail you with information within 3 hours of your inquiry
Weekend days are Friday and Saturday... with taxes and cleaning fee is 1500.00
A 3 day weekend with all fees is 1800.00
Weekly rate with all fees is 2400.00
Holiday rate as posted. - In order to make a reservation, once you have cleared availability, I require 500.00. All deposits are made by check, money order or cashiers check and should be mailed to: Geneva Schaffer

After I receive the deposit, I will send a short term rental agreement/ deposit receipt, which will need to be signed and returned to me. The total will be due one month prior to arrival. Deposit is 100% refundable until one month prior to arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure dependent upon finding house in condition rented without property loss or damage barring need for repairs / excessive cleaning.
