A futon in the downstairs living area, which includes a second full bathroom, provides sleeping for 1-2 extra guests. In addition, there are Arctic air conditioners and Hunter ceiling fans both upstairs and down. Linens and towels are provided. An iron and board are stowed away in the bedroom closet, which also has a small wall-mounted safe for valuables.
