Bear Mountain House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Transient Occupancy Tax (Hotel Tax) of 8% levied on Rental rate plus $65 cleaning fee
- We require a 2 night minimum on weekends - last minute exceptions-please call. Weekends are Fri and Sat nights, Sundays are lower weekday rates unless used with Sat night as a 2 day weekend in which case the rate is the same as Sat night. We may have weekend specials with one free day (you pay for 2 nights and get 3) –ask
We offer 10% discount for 5 days & a 20% discount for 7 days –excludes Dec 18th - Jan 5th
Rates as listed below exclude a $65 cleaning fee and 8% transient occupance tax (TOT tax) required by the City of Big Bear Lake. Both need to be added to the rate.

- Extra large over-sized master bedroom with a gigantic high end Brittany California King Canopy Bed, an 8ft Sofa and an additional 7ft Sofa, Cable television, Beautiful gas & wood burning fireplace. The master has its own private deck that overlooks the back yard and hot tub. The master also has a crib for infants. Bedroom 2 comes with a queen and a Full Size loft bed. This room has access to the main deck. Bedroom 3 comes with a twin bunk bed. The room is equipped with hi speed cable internet as well as a wireless network, so bring your laptop! Linens are included for the Master bed, the Queen, the full size loft bed and the twin bunkbeds, i.e. linens provided for 8 people, bring linens for any additional people sleeping on sofa's or couches or baby in baby crib.
