Balance and Security Deposit Required 45 Days Prior to Arrival Date. Owner will provide a Lease via email upon request. A $150 house weekly cleaning fee is required. All utilities are included in weekly rentals; heat, water, internet, TV. Longer term rentals will be charged for utilities.
Weekly rentals are Sunday @ 5pm and end the following Sunday @ 12 noon. - Personal checks can be accepted if received more than 2 weeks in advance of rental otherwise a bank check will be necessary.
