Porters Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 30% deposit is payable with the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival. A 300US$ security deposit is also required which will be returned immediately after your holiday less any breakages / damages. Our maid will meet you on the last day of your holiday in order to check the house inventory with you and - if everything is well - she will IMMEDIATELY return the security deposit. To prevent massive electricity bills (and to help the environment) please note that electricity IS NOT included in the rental cost. The owner has introduced a 'pay as you go' system to pay for electricity used. Right outside the house there is a meter. The meter will be read on arrival and departure and then charged accordingly to the charges of the local company (trhough a bill system on line)
- FREE MEET & GREET AT THE AIRPORT. Our manager Claudia will meet you at the airport to give you all the informations and you will meet them again at home to show it to you. She'll provide you with a mobile for all local calls. You can call them during your stay for every question, help and advice. They can also book for you car, taxi, restaurants and trips on the Island

- The master bedroom is furnished with original colonial furniture, including a four-poster canopy bed. The second bedroom has two single large beds (that can be joined together to form a king size bed). Both the bathrooms are very elegant with marble countertops, jacuzzi and shower. Both the bedrooms are very quiet and lead out to a balcony. The rooms have high timber vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There's plenty of towels (beach and pool towels included), soaps, shampoos, etc and there are hair dryers. Private electronic safe box.
