Nearby Attractions: The oldest platform-carousel in the country, the 'Flying Horses', is within 10 minutes walking distance as are the famed gingerbread cottages and Tabernacle of the 'Campgrounds'.
Safety factors: The top of each stairway has closable child-guard gates, and each low second floor window has child-guard grates. Each floor is equipped with smoke alarms, CO alarms, and fire extinguishers.
