Commuting Access: Enjoy living at the beach and still work in New York City! This home is located one hour and a few minutes from New York, Forty minutes from New Brunswick, NJ. Bayhead train station is a short walk from the house. Walk to restaurants and bars nearby as well as the quaint town of Bayhead.
Location Attractions: To the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements including Jenkinsons Boardwalk/Amusements/Arcades, Martell's Tiki Bar and the Jenkinsons Aquarium as well as deep sea fishing, parasailing, etc. To the South are the great shops like Coastal Creations, Opdykes and restaurants in in South Pt Pleasant Beach/Bay Head within a short walk like The Ark, Marlins Cafe, The Grenville plus many smaller establishments. Also close to large malls, outlets, Monmouth and Freehold Race Parks, Great Adventure, the famous Asbury Park, Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Amusements and many other attractions. Private Beach Party on our private beach with food and a live rock band(Asbury Jukes) on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor day weekend.
Evening Attractions in Area: Every Thursday evening during the summer, Jenkinson's has a fireworks display, which can be watched from the house decks or from the private Beach. Nightlife in the area includes live music at places like Jenkinsons, Martell's Tiki Bar, Marlins, Brielle Yacht Club, Seaside & others!
