Sunset Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum stay of 4 nights Rates above include: All linens and towels, all fees, departure cleaning fees, all utilities and WiFi fees. Pool passes are NOT included with short stay rentals, if it is a rental of 7 days or more and you are interested in pool passes we will meet you half way with the cost of the pool passes.
- PAYMENT : If reservation is made less than 30 days to arrival, payment is made in full. When reservation is made a $500.00 reservation deposit is required, $200.00 security deposit and $300.00 will be credited towards your rental fee. The remaining balance must be made 30 days prior to your arrival. We now are accepting credit cards, Visa, Master Card, and Discover and E- Checks.
