Atlantic City Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No cleaning fees, no taxes! The only fee we charge is a $60 guest certificate fee (per unit/week).
- Value Season .. $60-$175/weeknight .. $125-$300/weekend
High Season ... $80-$210/weeknight .. $150-$380/weekend
Prime Season .. $99-$240/weeknight .. $190-$490/weekend
A $60 guest fee applies, for every 7 days.
The guest fee is for the whole unit, not per person.
This resort also charges a $10 daily valet parking fee if the parking facilities are used at the resort.

High = April 23-May 21, September 10-November 19
Prime = March 26-April 23, May 21-September 10, November 19-November 26
Rates START at $60/night for a weeknight during 'value' season within 60 days. The prices vary depending on length of stay, unit size, time of booking, season, if upgraded units are available, and if weekend nights are rented (which cost more than weeknights). We get a 50% discount at 60 days prior, so please realize that when requesting dates that are more than 60 days out. - *****NOTE: WE DO NOT UPDATE THE CALENDAR ON THIS SITE SINCE AVAILABILITY CHANGES DAILY!*****
Prices are non-negotiable. PLEASE CHECK OUR BASIC RATES BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS AD, BECAUSE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LOW OFFERS.
DISCOUNTS:
Repeat-client discount: 5% discount on every rental after the first has been completed.
Multiple Unit Discount: If you are renting multiple units from us (for the same dates), we will offer a 5% discount on each additional unit. (Note: does not apply to rentals outside of 60 days.)
Refer-a-Friend Discount: After you have rented from us once, you are eligible to participate in our 'Refer-a-Friend' program. Receive a 5% credit towards your next rental if a friend or family member you refer rents from us. The credit is 5% of your friend's rental amount or of your rental amount, whichever is less.
Military Discount: We also offer a 5% military discount (active duty, reserves, retired).
