Deposit 25% (for the period from December 24th to January 7th, 50% of deposit is required).
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00 from the booking deposit. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the booking deposit.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
