* No additional charges apply for holiday week rentals.
Note: Until reservation is confirmed, the rates are subject to change without notice. - We ask for 50% of the rent to hold the dates requested with the balance due, including the $250 damage deposit, not less than 30 days prior to your arrival. Your dates will be guaranteed when your deposit and signed rental agreement are received.
You may cancel with 30-day notice (or more) and receive a refund, less 15% of the reservation deposit, but only if we are able to re-rent the property for the same period. If we are unable to re-rent, the full amount prepaid will be forfeited. Cancellation with less than 30-day notice will not be eligible for refund.

The master opens to the screened pool and lanai area, the master bedroom and bedroom 3 can stay open in temperate weather for the most relaxing tropical rest.
