The eat-in kitchen has black granite counter tops, walk-in pantry, center island and an additional overhung counter top with 3 bar chairs. The lanai has seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meals alfresco. 2160 sq ft under air, 2 car garage, a total of 2806 sq ft. Additional parking is immediately outside the condo. Spacious and open floor-plan. You can be together with each other or alone. The layout leaves space for privacy as well as togetherness. There is an interior storage area and large laundry room. Wireless Internet, flat screen TV + sound system.
Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club is a gated community with 700 acres of contiguous aquamarine freshwater lakes and three miles of private white sandy beach. There are many affordable Championship and Executive golf courses nearby. There are 7 Tennis Har-tru courts one of which is a exhibition court. Full time Tennis Pro has recently been added to the staff. This is a vacation home that you will come back to over and over. English and German spoken.
Area Activities: We are near 2 national park beaches - Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key, White sandy beaches run up and down the coast from Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Naples and Sanibel. The Nature Conservancy has a 2-mile boardwalk through the Corkscrew Bird Sanctuary. We are 20 min from Naples with over 100 art galleries, the local movie house shows 16 popular films + 10 min away in Bonita there is an independent film theater, Sarasota is 1.25 hours away with the Mott Aquarium where you can see dolphins in recovery at the Mott Mammal Hospital, Botanical Gardens and the Ringling Museum as well as more art, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy fine music and cultural events at the Philharmonic + Barbara Mann Theater. There is the Edison and Ford Museum in Ft. Myers.
