Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175 cleaning fee,and a refundable $500 deposit. Ask about pet fee.
- Minimum $500 reservation/damage deposit required on all reservations of one week or less. Reservation deposit is refunded within two week after check out, assuming no damage to the property, abuse, or excessive cleaning is required. Cleaning fee for all rentals is $175. 10% tax applies to all rents and fees (refundable deposits excluded)
There is a $300 upcharge for all major US holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years) Weekly rentals only for major holidays.

- The master bedroom loft is located high above the dunes on the 3rd floor of Captains Cottage. From this bedroom you will enjoy endless views of the Atlantic Ocean. Wake each morning to the sun rising over the ocean. Step out onto your private 3rd floor balcony and take in all that life at the beach has to offer. From the west end of the bedroom you will enjoy rare views of Guana Lake. The master bedroom has a sunken tub and a walk-in shower. The 2nd floor loft has wonderful views of the ocean and offers a comfortable twin-over-double bunk bed suitable for either 2 adults or 3 children.. There is a half bathroom located on the 2nd floor as well as laundry machines. There is are a twin and queen sized air mattress that can be used for additional guests.
