Shepherdstown House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cancellation Policy: We require full payment at the time of reservation. All cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to checkin in order to receive a refund, less any processing fees (approximately 3%). Cancellations within 2 weeks of checkin are non refundable, but can be appllied towards any future reservation (pending availability). Reservations made within 72 hours of your trip must be prepaid and are non refundable at the time of booking. No Shows are non refundable.
- The Cottage (Friday-Sunday and Holidays)
$150/night for up to 7 people
The Cottage (Monday-Thursday):
$125/ night for up to 7 people
Dogs $8 per dog per night with a prepaid $25 deposit to be returned
after the Cottage is cleaned and no damage is noted.
$100 Damage Deposit required in the form of a check prior to check-in.
Minimum two night stay
Minimum three night stay on Holiday Weekends
