- Payment Procedures
- One-half of rental fee is due at time of registration. The remaining rental amount, plus a $50 cleaning fee and a $200 damage deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Payment to be made by Credit Card (with paypal services) or money order only.
- Tenant will be held responsible for any damages to the unit during their period of occupancy. The $200 refundable security deposit is require for this reservation; will be refunded in full after checkout
