Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- DEPOSIT: One third to one half of the total.
- PAYMENTS: I work with guests to set up payments that work for both of us. Typically, I collect 50% of the total to hold the reservation and the balance 30 days before arrival. If you reserve far in advance, I typically collect 33% of the total to hold the reservation, 33% in the winter/spring and the balance 30 days before arrival.
BALANCE: The balance of your payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel, your deposit is refundable 30 days prior to your arrival, less a $100 fee. If your reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit is nonrefundable. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in payment of the entire stay.
OCCUPANCY: Rates Are Based on Occupancy of up to four people (with owner's permission, additional children stay free).
AGE: Minimum age to rent is 25.
NOTE: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT METHODS: Personal or e-check preferred; online credit card payments are also OK - 11% tax (Door County Room Tax of 5.5% and Wisconsin Sales Tax of 5.5%)

Fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves against the shore and cool lake breezes. We provide all bed linens, including: down comforters, cotton sheets, blankets and pillows.
