- It is expected that the home will be left clean and in the condition it is in upon start of rental period. A deposit will be charged and if the home is not left in the same clean condition, a cleaning fee of $50.00 per hour be assessed. Any damages to the home or contents will be deducted from the security deposit. All contents are inventoried and missing items will be charged against deposit. The security deposit will be returned with an accounting of any deductions, if necessary, within two weeks of the end of the rental period.
