Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Three night minimum stay with one night's Deposit is required to confirm rental. This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, providing certain provisions are met. These provisions are outlined in the rental rules which will be sent prior to confirmation.
The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $10 per person per night for gusts in addition to eight (8) will be assessed.
Peak rate apply on Holidays and weeks of New Year's and Valentine's Day.
Pets are permitted in the rental only with prior approval. There is a nightly fee of $20 per pet.
A cleaning rate of $100 per stay is charged. - With sleeping capacity of up to 8 people, SummerSong is an affordable, comfortable, and convenient alternative to booking a hotel room. Rental rates vary depending on the time of the year and number of people.

Downstairs: Bedroom is 'L' shaped with bedrooms open to each other. King bed with TV, closets, dresser, and desk on one side, twin beds with dresser, table and chairs on the other. Downstairs bedrooms have great lake views.
