There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is an outdoor barbecue around the pool area. Included is weekly maid service and daily maid service is available upon request. There is internet and cable T.V. and there is private secured parking beside the villa. Enjoy world class surfing. Enjoy the many restaurants and shops of Tamarindo or walk along endless sandy beaches. There is a superb boutique hotel steps away where you can enjoy a drink or meal at their beach front restaurant. There is a small grocery store a short distance away but for a superb selection of food shop at the ultra modern newly open Auto Mercado supermarket. This villa is extremely well priced and enjoy high quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is a great family location.
