Full Payment Due within 30 days of occupancy date; $150 deposit due upon booking
Full Refund with 30 Days Written Notice or if we are able to rent cabin for full rate to another guest
For reservations of two weeks to 30 days:
50% of Payment Due within 60 days of occupancy date; $150 deposit due upon booking
Balance of Payment due within 30 days of rental date.
Full Refund with 60 Days Notice or if we are able to rent cabin for full rate to another guest
$85 cleaning fee, $100 non refundable pet fee, $50 for stay less than 4 nights (1 pet)
$150 refundable damage deposit required.
Rates subject to change without notice; minimum age 25 for rental. - Rates for weekend nights may include either Friday or Saturday.
Saturday - Saturday stays accepted starting Summer 2013, flexible Winter stays.
Holidays require a three night minimum stay and additional fees.
Additional fee of $10 per person per day over 6 people (maximum 8 occupancy).
