Aruba effectively does not have a 'low' season, because the lowest island-wide average occupancy rate at any given moment is about 55-60%, which runs from mid-April to mid-December. As not to confuse with a low-season, this is thus the so-called MID-SEASON. The HIGH-SEASON runs from early January to mid-April, and has an island-wide average occupancy rate of 80-90%. The SUPER HIGH-SEASON runs basically through the holiday weeks around Christmas and New Year, from mid-December to early January, and this peak period has a historical statistic for the island-wide occupancy rate of practically 100% (especially for beachfront vacation condo properties, hotels or timeshare resorts)! - Tax and cleaning (before and after your stay, or weekly during your longer stay) are currently still included in our rates. The above rates are for the daimond garden 2-bedroom condo only. For larger or smaller groups, other units are available (see listings e.g. # 172892 and # 175993 of this website) for a studio, 1-bedroom or create a deluxe 2- or 3-bedroom condo setup.

The second bedroom is a multi-functional bedroom with choice of two twin-beds (which are attachable to become a queen-size bed), or each of which can be converted to a bunk-bed; this bedroom thus sleeps 2, 3 or 4 persons, depending on your requirement and choice setup. Booking And Payment: In order to make your reservation, please initially check rates and availability, and then send via e-mail your details and reservation request. You will thereafter receive a response from our company, which may or may not confirm availability shown on the website. If available, you will also receive a form to fill in your credit card details which form must be signed and faxed to our company's fax number indicated on such form. For your own security, we prefer to complete the payment process only after having a personal communication (by phone) with yourself or the credit card holder. For larger amounts (=longer stay or larger groups) it may be required to do a bank wire transfer to our local bank account. We shall indicate in our response if it is required to do so, but alternatively you may also indicate in your request if you prefer to do a bank wire transfer instead of a credit card payment, so that we can send you the proper documents and bank wire instructions.
Cancellation Policy: Refund of payment due to unexpected cancellations prior to your arrival will be handled as follows: (1) A 20% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations earlier than 45 days before arrival date. (2) A 50% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations between 15 and 45 days before arrival date. (3) A 100% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations within 15 days from arrival date.

For additional low and reasonable fees, we can arrange anything to make your stay in our condo the most comfortable and enjoyable one you ever experienced during a vacation. We can pick you up at the airport, provide a trustworthy babysitter, arrange a low-rate rental car, do your first-day groceries, or even have a chef cook available for that special or romantic dinner in your condo. Just make your wishes clear to us, and we will do the utmost to comply.
