- The two bedrooms are located on the second floor with amazing views of the ocean and Block Island/Block Island Sound. The king size bed is a brand new Simmons Beautyrest Avondale Edition !!! The queen size is a Select Comfort Multi Chamber. On the first floor I have a sofabed and a set of custom bunk beds that have twin size mattresses. These really come in handy for guests !!!
