All of the rooms are good size, . 15x14 13x 14 and 16x 14, and the smallest is 11x15 The 4 guest rooms do have 1 queen bed in it, with exception of one which also has a twin in it as well. master bedroom has a eastern king. and is 900 sq ft. House will sleep 14 using 3 rollaway beds. the casita is detached and is extra to rent with main house only. it does have eastern king as well. Is known as 6th bedroom on listing. and would make would make house sleep total of 16 with use of casita
