Cottage Policies: No Smoking anywhere on the Property; No pets/animals; Maximum 2 guests; No candles; No coolers in cottage; Guests will be charged for any damages to the cottages including, but not limited to, linens, floors, counters, furniture, Jacuzzi, etc. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if we even suspect that someone has smoked in the cottage or on the porch and/or brought any pet or animal to the cottage.
What's Included:: The following items are furnished and not necessary for guests to bring with them: Dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, wine glasses, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn, bottled water (2 bottles per day), kitchen soap & towels, bath towels, bath soap, shampoo, bed linens, outdoor chairs for porch. A daily, homemade snack will be provided in your cottage.
