- The bathroom located at lower level, is divided by an arch which separates the toilet and bidet area from the tub-shower and the basin. There is a nice little window, looking east, overlooking the roofs and Santa Croce church and in the morning the bathroom is full of light. In this area the washing machine is also located.

- The bedroom called 'Panoramica' is located at the upper level of the apartment, and it's width is about 35 sq. meters, with a TV and studio corner with a sofa bed and a writing desk. Four windows along each side of the room open to 4 different views over the roofs of old monumental town Florence and churches. San Miniato and Santa Croce churches, Bargello tower and Palazzo Vecchio can be seen from the bedroom windows. The roof maintain its original structure with old wooden beams restored and wooden floor. This room is furnished with two Queen beds (sleep 2+2), ideal for families with children. However an additional foldable bed is often offered for an extra sleeping place and a baby cot is also available.
