Lewis Smith Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate Schedule:
Oct 01, -Apr 30 $250/night or $1500/week (2 night minimum).
May 01, -Sep 30 $375/night or $2250/week (3 night minimum.
Memorial Day, $400/night or $2400/week (3 night minimum).
Jul 4th $400/night or $2400/week (3 night minimum).
Labor Day $400/night or $2400/week (3 night minimum).
Thanksgiving $350/night (4 night minimum).
Christmas $350/night (4 night minimum).
New Years $350/night (4 night minimum). - $150 cleaning fee for less than 15 people or $250 for more than 15 people.
$500 non-refundable security deposit to hold your dates. It then converts to a damage deposit and is returned less damages w/in 10 days of departure.
CHECK OUT 9AM CHECK IN 3PM
All rents must be paid in full 10 days prior to your arrival date.
