Tonto passes are available at most nearby Circle K stores for a nominal fee. A walking and biking trail is also located just outside the entrance to Villagio for your convenience.(Bicycles are not provided but may be rented.)Day trips to magnificent Sedona is just 1 .25 minutes north from here just off Route 17. Elegant shopping, first class spas, art galleries, museums, theaters, top rated restaurants and night life are just 15-20 minutes away in Scottsdale, North Scottsdale and Carefree. If golf is your agenda, there are many world class courses all nearby with discounts given to Dove Valley Ranch golfers.
The key entry fitness center and heated community pool is just a 3 minute walk away from your front door. The pool also offers a hot tub and gas grills for your personal use. Grilling is not allowed on the balconies, though an inside grill (George Foreman type) is provided in the upscale kitchen. For those of you passionate about cooking the kitchen with granite counter tops and slate flooring is fully equipped and stocked (seasonings and all) for the entertainer in you. With over 1600 square feet of all on one level living, this unit with all brand new furnishings is comfortable and just big enough. The den doubles as a bedroom with daybed, trundle and TV.
