East Naples House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rates upon request MINIMUM of 1 WEEK
- Personal check, cashier's check, and money orders accepted without additional fees. Credit card, PayPal and wire transfers charges are the shared responsibility of the renter and the owner. International currency conversion fees are responsibility of renters.
Pet Fee of $150. All dogs must be neutered and treated for flees.
We have a hurricane clause in our rental agreement.
Pool maintain around 84°F (28.89°C). Additional heating is $10 per day. - $500 Fully refundable deposit if there aren't any unusual breakage, were-and-tear, missing items, international phone calls, or cable charges. (See Agreement) returnable within 45 days of last date of stay.
Briarwood Property Owners Assoc $100 Security Check (non-refundable)
All deposits will be refunded if cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival made by either email or postal with receipt confirmation. Other arrangements may be made after that on case by case basis. (See Reservation / Rules Agreement)
