Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $200 security deposit is required to confirm the booking. The security deposit will then become a damage deposit and will be returned within 2 weeks following the rental if no damage has occurred to the property.
A $200 cleaning fee is required for all rentals and is included in the rental rate.
