- Cleaning Fee Minimum $95.00.
- Our goal is your comfort as a guest in our home. We expect the cleaning crew to spend 4-hours cleaning the home, upon our guests departure. If the home requires additional hours (over 4) will be deducted from the security deposit.
Our home is set up to comfortably sleep 6 total (adults & children). The maximum occupancy for all rentals is 6 adults and/or children. We will be happy to suggest homes in the area that are set up for or advertise they can accommodate more than 6 occupants.
The $100.00 (non-shedding) / $150.00 (shedding) Pet Deposit is not refundable and is our cost to have all pet dander and or fur professionally removed from the home and furnishings. Dogs under 30 pounds and de-clawed cats are welcome. Exotic pets such as snakes are not. - Holiday weeks are $1045.00: Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day week, July 4th, Labor Day week, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week and New Years week. Last Minute Listed in the rates are 'Weekend Specials' - when available: Non-holiday weekends are 3-night packages including taxes and basic cleaning charge. They can be any 3 days, week days, weekends, etc. They are 'LAST MINUTE' only.
Depending upon availability, during the Summer & Fall Season extra days may be added to weekly & monthly rentals. Extra days are only available on a last minute basis. If we have not rented the week following your rental you may add extra days at the rates shown.
FOR WEEKLY RENTALS - CHECK IN DAY IS SATURDAY AFTER 4:00PM. CHECK OUT IS SATURDAY BEFORE 10:00AM.
