The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen murphy bed. These rooms share a 2nd bathroom with tub and shower combo. Downstairs is a large gourmet open plan and den filled with Kitchen aid stainless steel appliances, 2 ranges, wine cooler, power sink, and dishwasher. There is a dining room filled with rosewood dining room table and display cabinets, all on maple wood floors. This steps down to the living room with porcelanosa tiled floor, beautiful Drexel Heritage leather furniture facing French doors leading out to the colorful Mexican colonial travertine tiled courtyard with fountains, swimspa and deck.
