Pet policy: We ask that you not bring pets to our home. If this is something that is very important to you, please ask us first. If given permission, there will be a pet deposit of $300 that will be refunded upon check out if there are no damages/odor/losses due to the pets. Deposit may be used for carpet cleaning and/or furniture cleaning and repairs. If pets are discovered without permission, tenents may be asked to vacate the apartment and will be charged for any damages/carpet cleaning/furniture cleaning necessary.
