Policies: Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In is 4:00 PM on the Arrival Day. Check-Out is 11:00 AM on the morning after the last night of stay (Departure Date). Children and infants are welcome: High chair, stroller and portable crib is available. Dogs (Please Inquire): If approved, there is a $50.00 non-refundable fee. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the house. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. The property is cleaned just prior to your arrival. Guests: Bedding and dining can accommodate 12 guests depending on the mix of adults and children and privacy requirements.
Beach Access: 5 minute drive to beach or 15 minute walking adventure including a steep path to the beach.
Other Activities: crabbing, clamming, agate rock collecting, canoeing
