- $850 per week plus ME 7% sales tax..
- Once we've confirmed your vacation, we ask that you send a $250.00 deposit. If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, assuming you keep your reservation as scheduled, the full rental amount ($909 - $850 rental, plus 7% Maine sales tax) is due the week before you arrive. Your $250 deposit becomes a security deposit for any damage and/or long distance charges), which we will refund to you within two weeks of your stay. (Please note: This is only a precaution. In decades of renting we have only had one or two problems and fully expect to return your entire deposit.)
Please also note: Unlike many cottages in our area, we do NOT charge a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee.
